Our practice area is shown below. Anyone living within the outer boundary can register at the surgery. You can register either by visiting the surgery or via our website. We may ask you for proof of your address and, if you are registering a child under the age of 6 years, their red book.

An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.
