From 1st April 2015 all GP practices are required to provide all patients with a usual GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides to them.

All of our patients have a usual GP with overall responsibility for their care and support. Patients are not prevented from seeing any GP in the practice as they always have done.
