District Nurses

The District Nurses are based at St Michaels Hospital on Chase Side and provide nursing care for the housebound. They liaise daily with our Doctors and Nurses and can be contacted on 0208 363 8518.

Midwives

Community midwives hold clinics at the surgery once per week.

Health Visitors

Our Health Visitors are based at Rowan Court and can be contacted by calling 0208 375 2833. Health Visitors support parents with children up to the age of 5 years. Their key duties include offering advice on infant feeding, sleep and hygiene, growth and development, safety and general health promotion. They work closely with local GPs, Practice Nurses, Midwives and others.
